Pass the CanPass the Can is Troy Camp’s largest fall fundraiser and has been a Trojan tradition since the late 1970s. Every year, counselors bring campers to USC’s homecoming football game where they experience first-hand the thrill and excitement of a USC football game. At halftime, hundreds of volunteers from the USC community pass an empty milk jug through each aisle of the Coliseum, where Trojan fans and alumni donate their spare change. All proceeds go towards sending more kids to camp. If you’d like to find out more about Pass the Can, or if you’d like to sign up as a volunteer, please contact Melody “Siren” Kim at passthecan@troycamp.org. All volunteers receive a free Pass the Can T-shirt and free access to the homecoming football game! Fall Training DayFall Training Day is a Troy Camp marathon during which all of our active counselors will devote 12 continuous hours of their time to learning and developing skills to better serve the children with whom we work. It is also the day on which we kick off our Fall Fundraising, a time when each counselor is responsible for raising money to help bring a child to camp. While we’re pledging our time to learn how to better serve these children, we would greatly appreciate your help in pledging donations to this event, so that together we can provide the amazing Troy Camp experience to as many deserving children as possible. Thank you so much for your support. To donate now, please click the button below.
